I stayed in an executive double room. the room included a large bed and a seating area. wifi access was excellent throughout the building. I experienced no interruptions. breakfast offered many choices. The quality of food seemed excellent.
the shower pressure was slightly weak! though the temperature was fine.

wonderful malvern experience!
attentive staff appointed bathroom cooked order breakfast
i found the staff were attentive. i also appreciated the well appointed bathroom it really added to the experience. the breakfast was a treat, i especially liked the cooked to order options.
i noticed a slight draught coming from the original period windows. it's expected in older rooms, but it was still a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the theatre, it is less than a 5 minute walk. i found it easy to reach local attractions and amenities. the abbey next door creates a beautiful backdrop.

breakfast includes good quality ingredients and cooked to order dishes, that ensured a fresh start. the coffee machine provided an acceptable cup and fueled my mornings. the dining area offered beautiful views.

the hotel provides easy car parking, this ensures a stress free arrival. i noted a lift serves all floors, offering accessibility. the building itself is beautiful and presents very well, a true delight.

the location was perfect next to the priory the staff seemed helpful too

clean room fluffy towels good ingredients squishy chairs
I find my recently appointed room very clean. The bathroom included plentiful, fluffy towels. The views from the hotel impressed, especially during breakfast, that had good ingredients. The lounge provided squishy chairs.
The car park was a trek, and spaces felt a little insufficient for a completely full hotel.

The receptionist had great efficiency during check in at 2 p.m., which was earlier than the official time. After checking out, I had an option for leaving my car in the car park while exploring the local priory. The staff were very attentive.

The location proved very convenient, especially for visiting the nearby theatre. Shops are very close from the premises, thus adds accessibility to the neighborhood. The area is quiet and offer tranquil escape.
